I received a message from a close friend who ushered her mom into the presence of Jesus this morning.
She sent me this picture. Worth so much MORE than even a thousand words!!
Another friend and I were talking about joyful anticipation. It’s my life motto.
I looked up the meaning of “life motto.” It said: What is a life motto? A life motto is words you live by that help give you a sense of direction, identity, and purpose. A motto should resonate with your personal beliefs and should feel empowering when you recite the words.
YES!! - This picture and “joyful anticipation.” THIS is the motto of my life. Because of Jesus and my secured place in heaven, I have joyful anticipation for MUCH beyond here and now!
Oh, how I long to be hugged by Jesus. I mean really hugged, for real - in person. I look forward to that very moment!
